Excelsior 2016 metal print by Jon Friesen. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

About Jon Friesen
Photography became an important part of my life as I made my way through a very low point. Picking up a camera gave me a new way of seeing the world, and myself. From this experience I became more and more engaged with both the technical and compositional challenges of photography. I am largely self-taught, but have spent some time in workshops locally and at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana. My images represent different locations and subjects. I love to travel and the camera is an important part of each journey. Additionally, I have taken the camera in to my full time work with emergency medical services.
